Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be permanent residents of a country outside the EU/EEA, Switzerland, and Suriname.
• Applicants must obtain a Dutch entry visa and residence permit.
• Applicants must be admitted to a full-time master’s program at Maastricht University.
• Applicants must not have previously pursued a degree-seeking program in the Netherlands.
• Applicants must be under 35 years old on September 1st, 2025.
• Applicants must have a GPA of 7.5 out of 10 or higher.
• Applicants must submit all required documents before applying.
